Uniform Policy

When our students are in their tailored uniform, they become a symbol of an ideal school ambassador. In which, they should make the utmost effort to be neat and presentable. As well as ensure that they conduct themselves in a manner that shows pride and respect for their school.

Therefore, it is compulsory to wear the proper school uniform at all times. Specifically, at any time the student represents the school.

Expected Uniform

Shirt
White shirt with BBS Seal (Uniform shop)
Tie
A forest green tie with the BBS Seal, worn properly
Belt
If worn must be black, brown, or white
Shoes
Closed shoes. Sandals, slippers, neon colored shoes are not permitted
Head Scarfs
Plain white, forest green, grey, or black
Jewelry
Earrings and necklaces should be small and discreet, not long and dangling
Makeup
Makeup is not allowed
Jackets/Sweaters
School Jackets or plain black jackets without prominent logos

Dress Code

  • White or black stockings, worn under school uniform skirt or dress
  • Skirts or dresses that are below the knee
  • Knee-length shorts, or capris
  • Trousers worn at the waist
  • Clothes are neat, and in good condition
  • Tops that fit properly, with a modest neckline.

Out of Uniform Consequences

Any student out of uniform is not permitted in class, and will be  referred to the Vice Principals, who will in turn contact the parents to bring in the proper uniform to school. Three repeated uniform violations will result in disciplinary action that will include, at a minimum, Saturday detention.

Exceptions for the school uniform rule are for physical education, free dress days, and theme dress days.
